Today we are introducing…
–
Our SugarCut – Eyelet CoverPlate features a dainty floral pattern that is versatile enough to be used with any project. This cover plate is perfectly sized to be used on card fronts measuring 4.25″ x 5.50″.
24 Carrot Friend is a sweet set that is perfect for Spring and loaded with punny bunny sentiments. This 4×4 stamp set features 2 loveable bunnies and their tiny chick friend that will be perfect on tags, cards, and other paper crafting projects. Try coloring these adorable images using a variety of mediums.
Our SugarCut – 24 Carrot Friend, is a coordinating die set to our 24 Carrot Friend stamp set (sold separately). Use them together to create quick and professional looking packaging and accents.
I loved coloring in this sweet bunny from the 24 Carrot Friend set. I stamped him in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and colored with Copic markers – small hints of warm greys for the body and E93 for the cheeks and ears. I then die cut with the matching die and adhered it with foam tape for interest.
The new Eyelet CoverPlate cuts like a dream and I love the dainty yet striking statement it adds to my card front. And since I have SO many thank you cards to make, I went with the Thanks word die for my sentiment choice. I used a 1-inch stripe of Pastel Spots & Stripes patterned paper to give both my sentiment and image a place to anchor.
I love it when an accessory image in a stamp set can take center stage on a card. And these little carrots in 24 Carrot Friend do just that, forming a heart shape when facing each other.
Both layers of my card base were created using the SugarCut – Card Front Element Builder (which is BACK IN STOCK!!) The carrot images were colored with Copics and placed over a Pastel Spots & Stripes patterned paper and adhered with foam tape.
A little Diamond Dust Stickles was added to the carrots for sparkle – ’cause you need sparkly carrots! LOL, I heat embossed the sentiment in black so that the sentiment would have a glossy shine too.
Our team has some amazing and creative inspiration for you using the products featured here today. You can visit each of our designers’ blogs below for details on their projects. And while you’re there be sure to leave a sweet comment for them, giving you an extra entry to win today’s giveaway prize.
Thank you so much for joining us for Day 4 of Sweet Peeks! REMEMBER!! The entire Spring Product Release will be available for purchase this Friday, April 20th at 6 PM EST.
Don’t forget to leave a comment here on this blog for your chance to win. We’d love to hear what you think about all of the products that we are showcased today.

April 19, 2018 at 6:32 amThese bunnies are adorable! Love the sentiments too. I would use the eyelet plate as a background. I would probably mostly use it in pastels but I wonder how it would look in a dark blue with more masculine stamps too. I’d like to try stenciling with the plate too. Thanks for the wonderful inspiration!
