Hello and welcome! Amy K. here with a graphic snowflake card using the Flurry of Warm Wishes stamp set. This set has some of the most beautiful snowflakes!
Since I already had my Distress Oxide inks out from another project, I wanted to try some ink blending over a “stencil”. To create my stencils, I used some inexpensive cardstock and die cut circles out of them. These became my stencils to begin ink blending Worn Lipstick, Candied Apple, Broken China, Wilted Violet, and Picked Raspberry Distress Oxide inks. I am loving these retro colors for the holiday! I simply ink blended the circles and let the panel dry.
After I trimmed down the ink blended/stenciled background, I began stamping the two smaller snowflakes in the centers of the circles with Memento Tuxedo Black ink. To finish, I white heat embossed the sentiment onto a black cardstock strip and added to my card. There is no dimension to this card so it will be very easy to mail!
