It’s Cyber Monday and that means it’s the LAST DAY for you to save up to 75% off EVERYTHING in our store!! Seriously, don’t pass this up, friends!!
Hi friends…
It’s a brand new month and it’s Ashlee back with some more inspiration for you as a guest here at SugarPea. I thought seeing as Christmas is on the way it was time to share a Christmas card. I wanted to create a beautiful rainbow sky so I grabbed out a bunch of Distress oxide inks and started blending.
This first thing to do was to mask off a rectangle on my white card base. Then using my selection of Distress oxide inks Barn door, Ripe persimmon, Mustard seed, Blueprint sketch and Mowed lawn I blended on pieces of each colour!!
Using some regular Distress ink Black soot I blended a small amount around the whole edge of the rectangle and then splattered with some opaque white paint to finish off the sky. I love the magic when the masking is removed, do you?!
I could not resist stamping up this super adorable bear from the “Hey winter” set and adding on some accessories!! I coloured him and the trees with my fave medium Copic markers. Using the “Stacked Honeycomb” dies I cut out one in white and then a slightly larger one in black so that I could layer them and add a sentiment Holly Jolly which was also from the Hey winter set.
Now it’s your turn to get those Christmas craft goodies out and get some cards ready, Christmas will be here before we know it!!
Happy crafting everyone, Hugs Ashlee.
