Fall Birthday Wishes

Hi all. Vera here today to bring you fun inspiration on behalf of SugarPea Designs.

From the recent release, one of the set that I enjoyed playing with is the beautiful Autumn Background set. I can’t help but playing with this set again for my post.

I started by stamping & heat embossing the background with gold embossing powder. Once that done, I colored the image. Once that done, I added some metallic watercolor to some of the leaves and the mushroom. I am really into using metallic watercolor lately to add some interest to my card.

I cut the panel in two and adhere to card base. Next, I stamped and colored the bear from Hey Summer set, trim it and adhere it to the opening between the panel. Stamp the sentiment from Pretty Peonies set and finished by adding metallic gold strips.
And, that’s it. A fun, cute & sparkly fall card. I just love this Autumn Background set and I could see myself using this set quite a bit. Well peeps, I hope you enjoy today’s card as much I enjoy making it. That’s all from me today. May your week be a good one. Cheers…
