Flashback Friday

Happy Friday!   While our designers are the first to get their inky little hands on our new products, they love a chance to ink up one of our older sets, too!  We thought it would be fun to do a “Flashback Friday” where we feature a stamp set or two that we released last year.   Sometimes we will feature a card designed by one of our design team members and sometimes we will feature a card designed by one of our customers.   Sometimes we will do both!

Today we are looking back at our Blow Me Away stamp set and SugarPea Designer Anita Madden created this card that had us smiling:

Who doesn’t love a blue dragon?!   Anita colored him perfectly to match the blue card stock and paired him with the bold striped patterned paper.  I love how she created the bubbles inside the bubbles!

Now, a green dragon is just fun especially when he has some purple accents!   One of our favorite customers and past guest designer, Tara Godfrey, proves it with this card:

I love how she created texture to his skin using the pointillism coloring technique!  Such fun dimension on this card with all of the layers, the banner, the twine, and enamel dots!
