Hi peeps! How’s it going? Vera here. I don’t know about you, but time has been a blur for me lately. Funny, I remember as teenager time seemed to move slow and now as adult, I am like, slow down!!
Speaking about time, remember the time when we had to use typewriter? I had to use them when I had to do report back when I was in elementary school and by junior high I got to use an electric typewriter. Well, to this day, old school typewriters still have special place in my heart.
And, for that reason, for today, I played with SugarCut You’re My Type.
To start, I die cut all the typewriter pieces and assemble it. I actually cut all the parts from white cardstock and then colored the parts with Copic markers. I find this easier than trying to cut it using various color cardstock. Adhered the typewriter to the card base with foam adhesive.
Next, I stamped the adorable kitty from the Sprout Bloom Grow set, colored with Copics and positioned it as if it is peeking from behind the typewriter. Then I finished by stamping the sentiment.
This is totally my kind of card, a clean & simple card, yet it has a fun and cute element. What do you think?
Well peeps, that’s all from me today. Hope you enjoyed today’s card and may your day be a beautiful one. Cheers….
