Hi everyone! Jennifer Timko here with today’s inspiration. One of the reasons I love where I live in Virginia is that we have 4 distinct seasons. Just when I’m about done with one, the next shows up beautifully! And, even with the pollen, spring in Virginia is lovely.

I thought it would be fun to create a spring wreath using the SugarCut – Open Book dies. Using a variety of green inks, I colored a watercolor panel, spritzed with some water and then set to cutting out the leaves. In fairness, I did make just one layer first and then decided it needed a bit more so I cut a bunch more.

Once the leaves were all arranged and glued together, I added some additional greenery and flowers from the same die set. I splattered a white panel with the inks and then cut the SugarCut – Happy Word and coordinating sentiment from the Happy Thoughts Stamp Set.
I hope you like this burst of spring in you day! Thanks so much for stopping in today and we will see you soon.
