Today we are introducing Pineapple Paradise & coordinating SugarCuts die.
__________________________________
____________________________________________________
SugarCuts – Pineapple Paradise is the coordinating die to our Pineapple Paradise stamp set. Paired together you’ll create quick, easy and professional looking packaging and accents.
As soon as sat down to play with this set I knew that I wanted it to be funky, fresh and fun! What’s more funky, fresh and fun than a pink pineapple shaker card?!?! Nothing! I started by creating my card front with the largest sized SugarCuts – Zig Zag Stitched Rectangle and then cut a circular window using a Zig Zag Stitched Circle. I’ve been hesitant in the past to create shaker card because it’s so time-consuming cutting strips of foam tape around the window opening. But, using the new SugarPuff foam to create the shaker portion of this card was SO easy! Seriously…1 minute. I sprinkled a little of the Crystal Shaker Selection inside and adhered the card base.
I stamped the pineapple twice and die cut them both with the coordinating SugarCut die, glued them together leaving the tops exposed. I bent forward the top layer of the crown to create depth. And, I think you know by now that I am obsessed with SugarPuff, so I add some underneath the pineapple one of the SugarCut – Stitched Flags for dimension.
**I wanted to mention that I’m super honored to be the Clean and Layered guest designer today over at the Card Concept. I hope you will take a moment during todays hop to pay them a visit. My project was inspired by the bright and fresh colors you see here.
My card also features the newest SugarSketch 49 Challenge. Click HERE to take a look at the newest sketch and all of the inspiration that the Challenge team has for you today**

April 13, 2016 at 9:20 amPineapples…sigh! Love them! Paradise #1: time with my family, especially my mom, niece, nephew and husband. Paradise #2: the hike to the teahouses at Lake Louise in Banff National Park. I absolutely LOVE that excursion, as the views are nothing shy of spectacular, especially the Seven Glaciers. Excited for the trails to open in the next few weeks. Thank you for the give away opportunity!

My paradise, is when my husband and son are off from work and school at the same time, I truly treasure it. April 13, 2016 at 1:20 pmAwesome pineapple die and stamp group. All the cards make me smile and wish I was back on Maui or Kauai. I lived in Hawaii during college and loved it. Can’t always go back every year but a east coast spot my family loves is Hilton Head – quiet (when you want), fishing boating surfing diving but no native pineapple.
The card by Isha really makes me want to play with the die now. Great job everyone

April 14, 2016 at 12:25 pmThe pineapples are great. I remember cross stitching pineapples years ago because they were the symbol for happy homes & welcoming friends! They will be perfect for lots of cards. My paradise is the garden – and working in it. I love digging in the dirt, dividing plants, and planting new ones. Perennials are my paradise.
Laura Jane

April 14, 2016 at 2:00 pmThis set made my mouth water – I love pineapple! My paradise, in the summer, would have to be in my yard. I have many flower beds and love to dig around in the dirt. Some days, I sit on the patio, at my table and imagine what flowers would be best in a certain area and then I’m off and digging!

April 15, 2016 at 1:57 amLove this style of this stamp and that it has a matching die is brilliant! My paradise would be to visit craft stores in America. To be able to walk into a store and see well known brands on the shelves (instead of having to by online from overseas) would be my idea of paradise. That and Hawaii!!
