Hello, Lisa here with today’s Light Bulb Moment.
I am sharing a fun way to ring in the New Year with Midnight Kisses!
(Of course they can also be used for any occasion such as birthday parties etc.) I simply wrapped and filled empty toilet paper rolls. This is a great project to do with children.
Step By Step Instructions
1. Start with an empty toilet paper roll.
2. Trim Just a tiny bit more than 1/8″ off the short end of a piece of patterned paper from the It’s A Celebration Paper Pad.
3. Put a strip of double sided tape (I used a tape roller) along the short sides of the paper on the non patterned side.
4. Adhere to the toilet paper roll and wrap around.
5. Fill with kisses (just a few or a whole bunch) for New Year’s Eve and then wrap with clear cellophane tieing off the ends.
6. I made a tag using the small circle die from SugarCut – Layered Treat Labels and stamped kisses only using the “hugs & kisses” sentiment from Happy Mail, masking off the “hugs &” and adhered the tag with a safety pin.
