Hello, Lisa here today with my Light Bulb Moment.
Are you surprised to see an Easter card?
You might be surprised by the sets I used to make it.
Step By Step Instructions
1. I die-cut my speech bubble using SugarCut – Chatterbox Journal Card, my piece of pattern paper from Countryside Charm paper pad using SugarCut – Zig Zag Stitched Rectangles and cut a piece of vellum 3 7/8 x 5 1/8.
2. I stamped my scene on my speech bubble starting with Mama bunny from One Big Hoppy Family. I stamped her again and made a mask then stamped the grass using the bottom image from Watercolor Brush Strokes with my MISTI. Then, I made a mask of the brush stroke and stamped the easter eggs from A Bushel & A Peck with the Mama bunny mask still in place.
3. I colored up the eggs and bunnies using the one marker Copic technique for each color. I colored each item using one Copic marker for each color. Let it dry and repeat adding in a shaddow, let it dry and repeat til desired then I added a shadow with a gray. Copics: E000, YR31, BG000, V01, R20, YR02, YG21, BG0000, W1, W3, W5.
4. I used the speech bubble as my guide and stamped my sentiment from One Hoppy Family on my pattern panel.
5. Then I just assembled my card. I adhered the vellum panel to the pattern panel and popped it up on my card front with fun foam. Then I adhered my speech bubble with fun foam as well. I just finished off with sequins.
