Good morning! Ardyth here with this week’s Light Bulb Moment!
I made a set of cards using a simple trick for getting a different look from a simple background stamp.
I started with the heart background stamp from Build A Background – Basics (it’s on sale right now!):
Those little hearts have a lot of space between them. In fact, they have enough space to stamp more hearts! It’s simple – you stamp the image once, then line up the stamp so that the hearts will stamp in the spaces and ink it up again. You can use the same colour or different colours (as I did). I chose 3 different colour combinations and used a similar layout to create a set.
