Light Bulb Moments

Hi, Lisa here with my Light Bulb Moment for today.

I am sharing a fun card that is on the Halloween/Magical side.

Step By Step Instructions

1. I used the SugarCut – Birthday Journal Card to cut out my scallop pattern rectangle using It’s A Celebration paper pad and my white stitched rectangle.

 2. I stamped the stars at an angle using Caring Hearts, next the owl from Classroom Cupids overlapping the stars a little, then the envelopes from Caring Hearts making them look like this cutie owl is delivering them.

3. I colored up the white spaces on the owl and the envelopes using Copic Markers YR23, Y17, Y21.

4. I stamped the sentiment from Happy Mail then added stars to the envelopes using Welcome Baby and O Christmas Tree

5. Then I layered my stitched rectangle on top of my scallop rectangle then adhered them to a white cardstock scallop rectangle (just for a little extra dimension) then to the front of my card.

Note: I used the MISTI stamping tool for all my stamping to achieve full coverage and depth of color.
