Hello Sweet Crafty Friends and welcome to our Monthly ProjectPea Blog Hop!!
Each month we will be challenging our fabulous team of ProjectPea Designers to create FUN & CREATIVE projects that are sure to make you look at your stamp sets with brand new eyes!
I’ve been so inspired by the amazing projects that the ProjectPea Designer create each month that I’ve decided to join them. 🙂 My project features a fall trio created using stamps from our Bountiful Blessings stamp set along with new SugarCut die sets. On Monday, you got a peek at my card from this trio in which I used our latest SugarSketch 15 Challenge.
Each year my family enjoys Thanksgiving dinner at my Mom’s house. She sets the most lovely table, and this year she asked me to create place cards for everyone. The adorably sweet scarecrow girl and pumpkin accessory images found in the Bountiful Blessings stamp set were the perfect choice for getting the job done.
I kept things very simple by just using a small strip of designer paper stitched onto a scored 2×3 dark chocolate piece of cardstock. I stamped the sentiment and then tried to mimic the same font by adding my son’s name. 🙂 The scarecrow girl and pumpkin nestled in the hay bale were colored with Copics and then fussy cut and and popped up with foam tape and attached to the place card.
Next, I created a gorgeous, yet super simple tag using our new SugarCuts – Gift Tag die.
Using the banner from the SugarCuts – Gift Tag die, I added texture with cork and then stamped with one of the sentiments from the Bountiful Blessings stamp set.
You can find all of the products that I used HERE in the SugarPea Designs Boutique.
