Hello there! Kerin here with you today.I can’t believe how quickly this year has gone by already, and with Thanksgiving only two weeks away I thought I’d better get working on some holiday cards!
I began with a piece of watercolor paper (3-1/2″ x 4-3/4″) and sponged on some Distress Inks in Mustard Seed, Blueprint Sketch, Chipped Sapphire, with a little Seedless Preserves at the top edge.
Next I stamped Santa and his sleigh in the sky. Have you seen the darling new set called Christmas Tag Greetings? I thought I’d use the Santa and sleigh image from the set to make a quick Christmas card instead of a tag. As you’ll notice in the set, there are only two reindeer in front of the sleigh, but with a post it note you can easily cover your stamped image to add as many reindeer as you’d like!
Next I added two rows of trees using the TreeScape SugarCut in black paper. Finally I stamped Season’s Greetings from the Pinecone Greetings set onto white cardstock and mounted my image above it.
