TAKE US TO YOUR CAKE
Take Us To Your Cake is an out of this world 4×6 stamp set. This stellar set features a spacecraft, light beam, an assortment of adorable alien creatures, and other scene building images that are sure to abduct your heart.
OUTER SPACE SCENE BUILDER STENCIL
The Outer Space Builder Stencil has everything you need to create out of this world scenes for your cards and projects. This stencil includes an outer stencil and 12 removable masking pieces that can be separated allowing you to use both the positive and negative parts as masks. Many of the fun elements in this stencil are designed for layering. Create a moon surface with perfectly aligned craters, a planet with rings, or a rocket ship that’s ready for blast off!
IN THE SPOTLIGHT STENCIL
Put your images or greetings In the Spotlight – perfect for shining the focus on images to creating dramatic and theatrical lighting or even a light beam for a spacecraft. This stencil set includes an outer stencil with three differently sized and angled spotlights and 6 removable masking pieces that can be separated allowing you to use both the positive and negative parts as masks.
I truly had a BLAST playing with the Outer Space Scene Builder Stencil to create my card sample today. Creating the outer space scene for my card was so fun and easy!
Essential Ingredients:
- Outer Space Scene Builder Stencil
- Take Us To Your Cake Stamp Set
- SugarCut – Take Us To Your Cake Die Set
- SugarCut – Stitched Rectangles Die Set
Step By Step Instructions:
- Using a variety of Oxide Distress Inks on white cardstock, brush ink through the Outer Space Scene Builder Stencil to create my background.
- Cut inked background panel using the largest sized SugarCut – Stitched Rectangles die.
- Stamp the images from the Take Us To Your Cake stamp set in Memento Tuxedo Black ink on Copic friendly cardstock.
- Color images with Copics and trim with the coordinating SugarCut – Take Us To Your Cake die set.
- Stamp sentiment and lightbeam image from Take Us To Your Cake with Versamark ink and heat emboss with white embossing powder.
- Arrange images onto the scene and add foam tape to the back of images to create depth and dimension.
- Add Nuvo Drops and Stickles Glitter Glue to add sparkle and shine to the stamped images.
- Adhere the stitched panel to a cut and scored A2 pale blue cardstock base.
