Hi all. Vera here. How are you loving the new release? Besides the adorable alien set, my favorite is the Botanical Branches. So, needless to say for my card today, this is the set that I chose.
To start, I die cut the branches and then without removing them from the paper, I did ink blending on them with various color. By keeping the branches on the cardstock (basically keeping the positive part of the dies inside the negative part) it helps preventing the branches from being folded or ripped during the ink blending.
Done with the coloring, I arrange the branches on the card base and carefully adhere them. Next, I added a strip of patterned paper to ground the design. Stamp the sentiment from Birthday Wishes set and adhere to the card with foam adhesive. Finish by adding some enamel drops.
