Today’s introductions include…

_

Chic Wishes is a collection of sentiments that pairs perfectly with our ParisScape and LondonScape dies. With this large variety of sentiments, you can create for nearly any occasion with loads of beautiful design options.

_

SugarCut – ParisScape features the timeless and instantly recognizable French architectural icons such as Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe, and Notre-Dame Cathedral. This charming border die has no cutting lines along the bottom edge – giving you the ability to cut this ParisScape design to any desired width size.

SugarCut – LondonScape features iconic landmarks such as the London Eye, Tower Bridge, and Big Ben. This charming border die has no cutting lines along the bottom edge – giving you the ability to cut this LondonScape design to any desired width size.

For my card samples today, I was able to quickly create two different cards with all the effort of one…which was a total WIN in my book!! Like most papercrafters, I keep a basket in my studio for putting little bits of things that I think I might want to use later in a future project. And for the last few weeks, I’ve been pulling out this beautiful rainbow watercolored background I had created months ago but had no idea what I really wanted to do with it – but knew I was saving it for that “perfect” project. As I sat down to create for this release, I realized that each of the buildings in the ParisScape die perfectly landed within a color – so I knew THIS was the project!

After cutting the watercolored panel with the ParisScape die, it was then that I realized that both the positive and negative cuts were equally amazing!!  Hello! 2 cards!!  I really wanted to incorporate the new Postage Stamp CoverPlate as well – so I kept the halves intact and cut the panel once more with the largest postage stamp frame die. I chose black for my card base, as I really wanted to make those watercolors pop!

In the end, all that was left to do was to heat emboss those amazing sentiments from Chic Wishes in white.

Two for one is a win in my book also. What amazing two as well, living those colours you’ve used and with no cutting line at the die base so versatile, great decision team.

The city scapes are awesome! Lovely inspirations too 🙂 It was great hopping along and I’ve left some love on all the blogs 🙂 One of the things that made me smile was my hearing to my daughter’s stories of how she grasps everything so soon and her observation skills, being a 3 year old! 🙂

Wendy your cards make such a bold beautiful statement..these were the perfect projects to use that watercolor background you’d been saving! I love the sentiments that go along with these cityscapes too! What made me smile this morning was hugging my son before he left for school..in his remaining weeks of his senior year of high school.

Oh, something that made me smile today: I just planted some new flowers. The heat made them droop so much that I was sure they were dead. But I watered them quite a lot, watered the leaves and flowers, and they popped up!!!!
