I live in a fairly new neighborhood with new families moving in on a regular basis. It’s a great neighborhood where neighbors stop to chat with one another, the ladies have wine nights and children play outside and meet up to play every afternoon in the grassy common space right behind our home. My neighborhood has its flaws too – like habitual speeders and the like, but all in all, it’s still a wonderful place to raise a family. So I’m super excited about how often I’ll be using all of the products introduced today.
I started out by blending Scattered Straw distress ink onto a sheet of Bristol Smooth cardstock, which I then die cut with the Starburst CoverPlate die. All of that yellow was a little too overwhelming for me, so I cut the CoverPlate once again with white cardstock and inlaid the yellow rays to create my background panel.
The Around Town die was run through my cutting machine a few times in both grey and black cardstocks and twice more with the dotted Bright & Pastel Patterned Papers for the trees. The green hillside was a scrap cardstock that I had sponged on Mowed Lawn distress ink, which was cut with the curved stitched die from the Card Front Element Builder CoverPlate.
Our team has some amazing and creative inspiration for you using the products featured here today. You can visit each of our designers’ blogs below for details on their projects. And while you’re there be sure to leave a sweet comment for them, giving you an extra entry to win today’s giveaway prize.
Thank you so much for joining us for the final day of sweet peeks! REMEMBER!! The entire Summer Product Release will be available for purchase on Friday, June 15th 6 PM EST.
Don’t forget to leave a comment here on this blog for your chance to win. We’d love to hear what you think about all of the products that we are showcased today.
