This stand-alone word die features a handwritten and playful font that can be used as a focal point on your card front or paired with a stamped sentiment. Designed to be used together with our Warm Welcome stamp set (sold separately) for quick, easy and professional paper crafting projects.

I live in a fairly new neighborhood with new families moving in on a regular basis. It’s a great neighborhood where neighbors stop to chat with one another, the ladies have wine nights and children play outside and meet up to play every afternoon in the grassy common space right behind our home. My neighborhood has its flaws too – like habitual speeders and the like, but all in all, it’s still a wonderful place to raise a family. So I’m super excited about how often I’ll be using all of the products introduced today.

I started out by blending Scattered Straw distress ink onto a sheet of Bristol Smooth cardstock, which I then die cut with the Starburst CoverPlate die. All of that yellow was a little too overwhelming for me, so I cut the CoverPlate once again with white cardstock and inlaid the yellow rays to create my background panel.

The Around Town die was run through my cutting machine a few times in both grey and black cardstocks and twice more with the dotted Bright & Pastel Patterned Papers for the trees. The green hillside was a scrap cardstock that I had sponged on Mowed Lawn distress ink, which was cut with the curved stitched die from the Card Front Element Builder CoverPlate.

The SugarCut – Welcome word die was cut 3 times and layered for thickness over a stamped sentiment from Warm Welcome onto light grey cardstock. The tiny little clouds are from the SchoolScape die.

I love these adorable houses, so many different options, fab! What I love about my current neighbourhood (I move quite a bit) is having loads of parks and playgrounds nearby – great for a mum of two little kiddies like me 🙂

Lovely card! I can think of so many uses for the little houses! I love our little gated courtyard for the diversity – we have neighbors from China, India, Iran, France, Korea and the Philippines, all in eight townhomes. Our block parties are delicious!

We live in a rural area with our neighbors being miles apart. The best part of our neighborhood would be that we are surrounded by the beauty of nature with each season being so different and beautiful in its own way.

What I like about my neighborhood is that it is close to my work, my church and my parents. But what I enjoy best is that I am 6 houses down from the beach. I love the ocean.

4,000. Love that I can go to the store, the library,
the post office, and several stores within a few
mile radius. Traffic is not crazy and there are
no crowds. Love your scene. So darling.

I adore your new Around Town stamps and dies! These are my favorite types of images to make neighborhood cards and would love to win it—–seriously! My favorite thing about my neighborhood is that my mom is literally very close by and that’s a big plus in my book since she’s turning 82 this year.
