Bewitched Hello

Hello, SugarPea friends! Amy here with you today, and I’m so excited to share something I’ve brewed up using an adorable new stamp set and some of my favorites – Bewitched, Hello, Postage Stamp and Party Banner Duo.  Gotta introduce the newbies to the (good) oldies, right?!

Aack, isn’t she adorable?! Even with a green face. She’s adorable. I colored her with Zig markers and cut her out with the coordinating dies and then got to work on the rest of my party scene.

I added a banner to match the banner she’s holding in that poppin’ purple color. Such a fun contrast to her Elphaba-green skin. You can also see my favorite Hello die in action and the fun pops of the green dots cut with the bubbling brew die from the SugarCut – Hocus Pocus set.

Finally, I added a scrap of matching green cardstock peeking from the lower left corner to balance everything out, along with white enamel dots on her shawl and hat band. I have to tell you that those liquid enamel dots were giving me fits, but I sort of like the wonkiness of it all.
