Did you know that there are actual Coca-Cola wedding favors? I’m not sure if they had any Coke favors at their wedding, but this card is for a couple of fans on their anniversary:
The Interlocking Circles reminded me of bubbles, which led me to this card idea. The bottles are from the Jukebox Jive stamp set, colored with Copic markers. The Cheers word die and shadow were cut from white and red to mimic the Coca-Cola design. The sentiments from Everyday Sentiments were white heat embossed on red cardstock.
I created the fizzy cola background with a base of Lindy’s Magicals in Steampunk Sepia and Silver Shimmer, followed by a blend of Gathered Twigs and Aged Mahogany Distress Oxide ink. I spritzed the background with water to give the texture of fizz in the soda. Nuvo Morning Dew Crystal Drops finish off the bubbly look.
