Hi peeps. How are you doing? It’s Vera here with you today.
Hope you enjoyed our new release celebration last week and hopefully by now your orders are on their way to you.
For today, I am playing with one of the new stamp sets called Stuck On You. This set is so fun & pretty set to play with.
I started by die-cutting the scallop panel using the scallop frame from Card Front Element Builder. Then, I stamped some of the images directly on the panel and die cut some using the coordinating Stuck On You dies.
As usual, I like to add some shadows or depth to the images. I feel this technique helped add more interest to the images.
Now, once I am happy with the image, I added the ground using Copic markers. Using a ruler to help get a clean line I simply went back and forth to create the gradient color of the ground. I stamped the sentiment from the Simply Fabulous set. I repeated the same technique that I used on the image also on the “fabulous” word as well. Doesn’t the shading make the sentiment stand out more?
Adhere the panel to the card base using foam tape and finally, finish by adding some diamond sequins.
Well, Peeps, that’s all from me today. I hope you have a wonderful day and thank you for stopping by here.
Cheers!
