Hi, SugarPea friends! It’s Amy here today, and I’ve got a fab floral card for you today featuring Flowers For Mom and coordinating SugarCut – Flowers For Mom and SugarCut – Mom Words. We celebrated Mother’s Day with my mother-in-law over the weekend, and, of course, I waited until the last minute to make her card.
Do you remember this card by fellow SugarPea DT member, Amy Kolling? It was definitely my inspiration here. I started by cutting a circle from the front panel using a SugarCut – Zig Zag Stitched Circle and then stamped the large and small roses alternately around the perimeter. I then stamped another layer with the leaves and a sentiment from Flowers For Mom. After adhering the two layers, I added a SugarCut – Mom Words and single rose to embellish the lower edge of the opening.
