Guest Designer ~ Audrey Tokach

Hello there!  Audrey here!  Today, I am sharing my last card as Guest Designer.  I have had so much fun over the last two months sharing projects created with so many adorable products!    My card features the Bewitched stamp set and the Hocus Pocus die set! These products pair so well together!!

To create my card, I started off with a piece of watercolor paper, trimmed to 4” x 5.25”.  I used my Distress inks in Twisted Citron and Moved Lawn, with a smidge of Lucky Clover to paint a potion cloud!  I painted wet paint on wet paper, dried that layer, added another layer, painted wet on dry paper, dried that layer, and so on until I was happy with the result.  I concentrated the color to the left side of the panel as I knew that is where I wanted my cauldron to sit.  I stamped and colored the witch reading her magic book from the Bewitched stamp set, along with a few cute kitties, and fussy cut them with scissors.  To ground my scene, I added a piece of black and white striped washi tape to the bottom edge of the panel.   I diecut the cauldron from the Hocus Pocus die set from black cardstock, with the potion portion cut from lime green cardstock and green glitter paper from my stash.  I glued the cauldron down with a glue pen and popped everything else up with foam tape.

I stamped a sentiment from the Bewitched stamp set to the right of the caldron, and used the Hocus Pocus die set and more glitter paper to add bubbles coming up from the potion.  I popped the panel up onto a white A2 card base with foam tape then I added some white gel pen accents to finish off my card.

That’s all for me today!  I want to thank the Sugar Pea team so much for having me.  I had a blast!  I really hope that you were inspired by my projects in some way! I hope you have a great week!  Thanks so much for stopping by!
