Hi peeps. How’s it going? Vera here today.
This time being at home has been pretty weird in many senses. I thought I’d be super creative and be making a ton of cards and I found myself more often than not just shuffling around my supplies & didn’t come up with anything. I did spend quite a bit of time on Pinterest though, trying to get inspired. Anyone else do this? 🙂
Anyway, I decided to practice on my blending skills and made this panda card for today.
To start with, I masked a portion of the card with post-it-notes and blended the inks for the background. Once that was done, I stamped, die cut and colored the pandas from the Pandamonium set. I adhered the image on the card with foam adhesive and stamped the sentiment.
To finish, I simply added some enamel drops. Gotta love enamel drops.
Clean, simple & cute. I am ready to send this card out. I think as we all stay inside, it’s more important than ever to maintain our connection with our loved ones, whether it’s via Facetime or via snail mail. I know I love it when I get a card in the mail.
Well peeps, that’s all from me today. Please stay safe and big virtual hugs for you all.
