Hello and welcome!
Tatiana is here with you today! I’m super excited to be featured on SugarPea Designs blog!!! Today I came up with a clean and simple copic colored scene highlighting new adorable Let’s Stay Home stamp and die sets!
Let’s Stay Home stamp set is one of my favorites! It filled with lots of different accessories that give so many possibilities for scene building cards. To start, I used the coordinating Let’s Stay Home SugarCut that comes so handy when you have to work with many small elements. I die cut all the shapes I need for today’s project form Copic X-Press paper, using my Big Shot Die Cutting Machine. Next I switched to the stamping positioning tool and stamped the outline images with Memento Tuxedo Black ink since it works great with alcohol based markers. Finally I proceeded with coloring using copic markers.
As always, I’m sharing with you all the colors used on this project: COPIC MARKERS RV00-RV21-RV23-RV25; BG0000-BG10-BG11-BG13; T0-T3; YR30-YR31-Y21-YR24-YR27; E99; E31-E35; G20-YG13-G24.
An extended A2 size (5 1/2″ X 4 1/4″) white card base was trimmed and scored from Neenah Solar White paper. Another additional square piece that measures 3 3/4″ x 3 3/4″ was cut out for the background and embellished with English Bond Brick Wall pattern. I taped well the stencil to the paper to prevent any movement before inking it with Antique Linen Distress and Vintage Photo Distress oxide inks. Finally I assembled the whole scene together popping some stamps on a foam tape for a fun dimensional look and finished with a heat embossed sentiment that comes from the same Let’s Stay Home stamp set.
That’s all for today! Hope this cute card will inspire you! As always thanks so much for stopping by and have a great day!!!
Hugs,
Tatiana
