Hi, Lisa here today with my Light Bulb Moment Post.
Ever need a card to cheer someone up…this easy card fits the bill.
Step By Step Instructions
1. I adhered this beautiful piece of Life Is A Carnival pattern paper (that comes 4.25 x 5.5″ making it real easy) to my card front.
2. I die cut the second to the largest rectangle using SugarCut – Zig Zag Stitched Rectangles from white cardstock ,stamped my sentiment from Whatever The Weather (love this sentiment) then adhered to my card front.
3. I die cut the balloon using SugarCut – Birthday Journal Card then stamped the smile faces from Noted on the balloon. I colored the balloon using Copics: BG0000, BG000, YR23, Y21, Y17. I die cut the matching string, adhered to the balloon and popped up on my card. Voila.
