Monster Mash Tag Trio

Hi everyone! It’s Laura here, and today I am back with a fun trio of Halloween tags that I created with the adorable Monster Mash stamps!

For the tag themselves I used the Snowflake Tags dies. I die cut them out of watercolor cardstock, and then used Nuvo Shimmer Powders to create the backgrounds. For the red tag I used Solar Flare and Catherine Wheel…

…for the green one I used Solar Flare and Green Parade…

…and for the black one I used Storm Cloud and Violet Brocade.

While my backgrounds were set aside to dry, I started working on my images. I stamped them with Versafine Onyx Black Ink on Bristol Smooth cardstock, and embossed them with clear embossing powder. I then colored them with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers, and die cut them with the coordinating dies.

To complete the scenes on the tags I cut some black cardstock with the Snowflake Tag and the Spooky Scape dies, and then adhered everything together.

And here’s another look at these spooky-cute tags…

…these images are so adorable, I can’t get enough of them!

Which tag is your favorite?

The sentiments “Got Candy?” and “Trick or Treat” are also part of the Monster Mash stamp set and were embossed with black and white embossing powder.

To finish off the tags I backed them with some black cardstock and threaded some black and white twine through the openings.

I also filmed a video tutorial showing how I created these fun tags, you can watch it down below 🙂

And that’s it for today! I really hope you liked today’s projects and enjoyed the video!

Thank you all so much for stopping by, and have a great day!
