Hi all, Kitty here. After being a Guest Designer last month I am thrilled to be joining the Design Team! Today I am sharing my latest card. I kept the design simple as I wanted the cute images to be the focal point. Who knew seagulls could be so cute!
I began by creating my background first. I blended some yellow distress ink onto the top of the panel. I then used the Sunburst Stencil and added more ink over the top to create a subtle background. I blended brown inks onto card and added some ink splatters with a brush. I then created a shaped piece that I added to the bottom of the panel. I mounted the completed background onto blue card then attached it onto a card blank.
Next I stamped the seagulls from the Salty Seagulls Stamp Set and fussy cut them out. I coloured each of the images with copic pens and fixed them in place with foam pads. I stamped the sentiment, layered it onto card and attached it to the card to finish.
