Sweet Talk with Wendy

Today, I thought it would be fun for ME to take a turn at our Monthly Sweet Talk feature.

I’m Feeling…

Crowded! For the last few months, my family of 6 along with our new puppy have been living in a small apartment while we await the construction on our new home to be completed. Space is very tight and privacy is pretty much non-exsistant, but we’re troopers and are making the best of the situation.

I’m Wishing…

For cooler weather!! Central Florida experienced 3 GLORIOUS days of Fall last week and now we are back to Summer. 😉 I’d like to get a chance to wear the other 30% of my wardrobe soon.

I’m Loving…

The morning time snuggles I have with my two little ones. Weekdays, I’ll snuggle up with each of them a few minutes before they need to get up and get ready for school. On Weekends, they return the favor and crawl into bed with their Daddy and I. Hugs, giggles and tickles. My favorite way to start a day!

I’m Creating…

My new Office/Creative Studio. Well, technically I’m just gathering ideas at the moment since the house isn’t ready yet. But I’m having a lot of fun designing and window shopping for some of the furnishings I will want in my new space. I just a little bit excited about it. 🙂

I’m Reading…

Outlander by Diana Gabaldon…for the 2nd time!! The book has also been adapted into a TV series on Starz. It’s one of my most favorite books EVER and is the first in a series of 8 books. If you’ve never had the pleasure of reading this series, I highly recommend it. I’ve read them all except for the recently released 8th book. And after getting only a handful of pages into it, I realized that my memory is a little fuzzy on some of the finer details so Idecided to start from the beginning and read them all straight through.

I’m Watching…

I honestly don’t watch much TV at all and I NEVER watch the news…it’s too depressing. But I will make TV time for, The Walking Dead, Outlander, Game of Thrones, Downton Abbey and Mr. Selfridge.

Today I’m going to share with you a quick video on SugarPea TV, some fun ways to use smaller accessory images to create backgrounds and as well as using them as the main focus on your cards and projects.
