Wishing You a Flurry of Warm Wishes

Hi there! Kerin here with you and today I’m sharing a fun and easy way to add some pizzazz to your die cuts with distress inks. I began by applying distress inks to watercolor paper (Picked Raspberry, Salty Ocean and Wilted Violet). Next I spritzed on some water with a wet toothbrush. Then I used this colored paper to cut snowflakes from the Snowflake Tag SugarCut.

Tip: If you keep your die cuts closer to the center of the paper, you can also used the same paper as a background layer and nobody will ever know there have been snowflakes cut out of it!

For the sentiment I used the Flurry of Warm Wishes set. I have to say, this is THE best snowflake set around, so delicate and beautiful!!

I added a few sequins and my card was done. So simple!

Thanks so much for stopping by today!
