Hi folks! I am back on the blog with another fun card that shows you an easy way to stretch your supplies. This adorable card is perfect for that nerdy book loving friend in your life!
I first started off by ink blending a white cardstock of size 6″ x 3.5″ (mini slimline) using Milled Lavender, Shaded Lilac and Dusty Concord distress oxide inks and splattered some white paint to add some extra glam! Then, I die cut various book using colored cardstock and SugarCut – Basic Bookmark. For the sentiment, I used the coordinating Book Club stamp set and SugarCut – Book Words die.
For the cookie and chocolate chips, I ink blended a circle die using shades of brown distress oxide ink and added tiny circles cut from brown cardstock using a paper punch. I added the extra details using a white gel pen. Them I used the SugarCut – Coffee Cuties for the eyes, spectacles, hands and legs of the cookie! Isn’t it just cute??
That’s it folks! Hope this card inspires you 🙂
Happy Crafting,
Kavya
