Hi peeps! Vera here bringing you SugarPea Designs inspiration for the end of the month.
I know, it’s Halloween, but since I am in the thick of Caring Hearts Card Drive, I just have to make Christmas card. What is Caring hearts Card Drive? It’s a card drive that I hosted annually where we collect handmade holiday cards for the elderly that lives in nursing homes. You can find all the details HERE. And, SugarPea Designs is one of the main sponsor for this card drive.
So, without further delay, here’s my Christmas card:
To start, I colored the card base with distress oxide. Once that done, I sprinkle it with white paint. Put it aside.
Next, using the Nativity Scape dies I cut the nativity outline border. On the left corner of it I stamped the image from Come Let Us Adore Him set and colored it with Copic.
Finished by stamping the sentiment and then adhered the panel with foam adhesive to the card base.
If you want to do mass production, you can leave the image coloring and just leave it black and white to save time. Just depends on how much time you have and how much details you want to include.
Well peeps, that’s all from me. Hope you enjoy today’s inspiration and I also hope you will join the card drive to bring joys to others. Thank you all for stopping by here and may your day be a wonderful one. Cheers….
