Hi peeps. How are you all doing? Vera here today bringing you fun inspiration on behalf of SugarPea Designs.
My stash for kids birthday cards is getting pretty low, so I figured I need to make more to replenish it. I have 2 young nephews and I am thinking they’d love a robot theme birthday card.
For my card, I used the adorable robots from Love Machine set. I stamped, colored and die cut the images and then put them aside.
Next, I die cut the background using the large Postage Stamp dies. Then, keeping the dies in place as a mask, I laid the Outdoor Scene Builder stencil on top of it and ink blended some green inks for the grass. I arranged the cute robots and adhered them with foam adhesive. I added a couple of clouds with the same stencil on the open space and added the sentiment. I finished by adhering the panel to card base.
Oh yes, I almost forgot, I decided to add black enamel for the eyes just for added texture. There you go… I think either one of my nephews would love this card. At least I hope so. 🙂
Well peeps, that’s all I have for today. May your day be a good one. Big hugs!
