Hi there!
It’s Kaja from Kajcyika crafts here on the SugarPea Designs blog for the first time! I am super honoured to be guest designing because I just love SugarPea cuties! 😊
I am a scout and I try to send out as many birthday cards to my scout friends as possible, so the Indian summer stamps are perfect for me!
Take a look at what I have created:
Supplies:
Paper pack – Spots &stripes pastels
I decided to go with a summer camp theme, and I started by stamping out two raccoons and colouring them in with my alcohol markers. Next, I started building the scene. I die cut scalloped rectangle in white and then I added a green pattern paper from the Spots and stripes pastelspaperpack at the bottom as grass. A card seemed a bit empty so I used the Camping icons and die cut the tent and three guidance signs which I used to create a fence. I felt, like the raccoon on the canoe needed a lake, so I used my alcohol markers to create it.
The only thing left to do was to glue everything together and add a sentiment. I decided to make this a birthday card, so I stamped the ‘Campy birthday to you’ from Easily a’moose’dstamp set on the top of my scene.
That finishes up the card!
See you soon!
