Hi everyone! Melissa here as a guest designer for SugarPea Designs and today I am sharing a fun card I made using the Geo-Floral SugarCut CoverPlate to make a 4th of July card.
I simply cut red cardstock and white cardstock with the CoverPlate. I layered the red Geo-Floral cut on top of a piece of royal blue cardstock. I took the flower centers that cut from the white coverplate and filled the flowers in. A very simple technique, with a fun and gorgeous outcome.
I also used the new Message Board die to cut out the letters for Happy Fourth in white cardstock. I then used Delicata ink to make them silver. I adhered them to a piece of vellum and then adhered them to the front of the royal blue and red papers!
Hope you like it!
