There are lots of upcoming family birthdays, so the timing of this release has made creating birthday cards such a fun timesaver! This card is for my brother-in-law who is turning 50 in a few days…gosh he’s old!! 😉 LOL I started building my wonky birthday cake using SugarCut – Birthday Journal Card when it occurred to me that our SugarCut – Simple Numbers would fit perfectly in the bottom cake layer!! How awesome is that?!?! Don’t you love products that seamlessly work together?

I stamped a sentiment in navy and teal from, Celebrate All The Things stamp set on a sheet of banner designer paper from our, It’s A Celebration Pattern Paper Pad Collection. I added a few Rainforest sequins and added a little drop of gold glitter to the candle flame to finish things off.

These sets are absolutely awesome and I know, because I already own them!! Just need the banner die and the paper pack (I hope you ordered lots of that paper!!). Your DT has done an amazing job with cards all week and have offered so much inspiration. I have a couple of favorite cakes but ONE of them is chocolate with white frosting & chocolate shavings on top.
