Today we are introducing, Fang-Tastic

Celebrate Halloween and more with the newest addition to our BeanStalk Collection, Fang-Tastic. This 4×4 stamp set features a whimsical little bat who would rather cuddle than bite. Add some of the fun sentiments from this set to dress up tags, treat bags, cards and scrapbook pages!____

I’m completely smitten with this Fang-Tastic guy and coloring him was an absolute blast!
For my card, I cut out a stitched journal card using SugarCuts – Birthday Journal Card die set, I then used a mask over the stitched journal card that I had already cut a circle from. I sponged a mixture of purple & blue distress in inside the circle to create the moon. Once complete I sprayed Sheer Shimmer mist over it which created the “craters” on the moon and added a hint of sparkle too. I stamped my favorite sentiments in black ink once dry. The black scalloped rectangle was also cut using SugarCuts – Birthday Journal Card die set.
I added a cloud cut from SugarCuts – Whatever The Weather die set and stars from SugarCuts – Scattered Stars Journal Card.

This is at the top of my wish list now along with the harlequin die from yesterday. I don’t usually celebrate Halloween but I love to watch all the kids in my neighborhood all dressed up and having so much fun getting tons of candy. Takes me back to when I was a kid and while we didn’t have money for costumes my parents some how managed to make me the most amazing costumes with stuff we had at home.

I love to see children having fun on Halloween, especially the little ones dressed in such cute costumes. They get so excited to see you fill their little pumpkins up with yummy treats. My favourite part of Halloween is creating mini cards/tags for my niece’s classmates (I made 60 last year for her kindergarten class and this year, it will be the same for her Gr. 1 class), my nephew’s daycare pals (about 25) and their teachers (close to 12). This card of yours Wendy is just fang-tastic. LOVE that little bat and sentiment. This whole release has been amazing (as has the inspiration from the DT) and my wish list for tomorrow is quite long ;o).
